COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Us Gearmotor / Baldor CBN3242SB3U143TCNM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Num products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Louis-Allis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Num such as the BMH1152N1RA1C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BAL3319540675 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B326 by Manufacturer Louis-Allis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand B0502FLG3UMN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marathon such as BVF56H17T5301BP equipment made by Marathon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marathon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marathon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BCH1803N12A1C made by Schneider as well as the popular C140454 original spares produced by Bell--Gossett Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C4D17FK19D by Leeson and BVF56H17T5301BP spares by Marathon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BG70Z11D09SA4TOFAM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss. |
